Yoga and Mental Health

Since 2002, I have studied, practiced, and taught meditation, and have been on the mat teaching yoga since 2012. I am passionate about teaching yoga, empowering everyone to connect with their own body’s innate capacity to heal, and bringing a new appreciation for the ability of each one of us to achieve whole health. Individual and group private sessions are available.

In addition to my passion for excellence in natural medicine and yoga, I firmly believe that our best well-being requires attention to our mental amd emotional health. I have studied and practiced The Work of Byron Katie since 2004 and offer facilitated self-inquiry to help individuals release stressful and reactive thinking -healing connections and yeilding compassionate self understanding.
