21 Days to Transformation
Current program is underway, next offering will be Spring 2021. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when dates are set.
Sunday, October 4 – Sunday, October 25
This program immerses participants in practices that help to cleanse the mind and body, and build habits for vibrant, fulfilled living. By committing to this program, you are committing to make positive change in your wellbeing. In yoga we have what I call the 100% ratio, that is, if you give 100% of your ability to the practice, you will receive 100% of the benefits – immediately. Doubtful? I suggest you give it a try. Leave behind what you thought was impossible and step over the threshold in these 21 days.
Sunday October 4th 4:00-5:30PM: Opening Circle Zoom Meeting
In this Opening Circle, we meet and greet one another. We discuss the elements of the program, cover the nutritional outline for the 21 days, and set the goals for our journey.
Monday – Friday 6:15-7:15 AM: Live Online Yoga and Meditation
Each weekday of the program begins with a 45-minute yoga class and 10-minute meditation practice. These sessions are live, and it is recommended that screens be kept ON for the full session. Participation is the foundation of the 21-day journey, and sessions are designed to be accessible and rewarding. In addition to these sessions, participants receive weekly inspirational readings, and are encouraged to spend at least ten minutes a day recording their journey in a personal journal.
Saturdays
Participants engage in their own personal yoga and meditation practice (1 hour) while following the nutritional guidelines. Practice can be a repeat of a weekly session, or one’s own individual program.
Sundays
Except for opening circle, Sundays are rest days. They are days to savor the benefits of your week’s practice while continuing to follow the nutritional guidelines and journaling.
Sunday, October 4 through Saturday, October 24: Nutrition
We start Monday October 4th, with food/drink intake charting and a review of personal goals in regard to nutrition. Participants commit to observing their habits related to food and drink, and begin to eliminate consumption of processed foods and sodas. Most will choose to reduce intake of caffeine, sugar, and alcohol, which will be completely eliminated during week 2.
During Week 2, the program offers a choice of two cleanse options. Although these include detailed instructions, each participant is encouraged to modify the program to ensure that his or her personal needs are supported. The cleanse is designed to create a break with old, unconscious patterns of behavior and awaken a new, healthier, more rewarding relationship to food.
